  • “So, I’ve seen MANY massage therapists in my life. I’ve always heard “Your back is like working on a drum” or “You really need deep tissue work, it’s a workout massaging you.” Rosalyn at, Power to Heal, took a much different approach. To give you a bit of background I was in the US Navy and was severely injured during specialized training in California. I had ruptured my knee, injured my back, and torn my rotator cuff. I had learned to live with the pain for years. In June of 2021 I decided to get my rotator cuff repaired, finally. Afterwards I had a problem with my Physical Therapy provider and was left without treatment for a little over a month. During that time I took matters into my own hands and went for a post op sports treatment with Roz at The Power to Heal. We had 4 or 5 visits, and as a result I was nearly 3 weeks ahead of where I was supposed to be with just my PT appointments. My range of motion had improved by about 40% in that time, the muscles were still a little weak but with my new PT I was getting stronger. Roz also worked on other parts, my legs (knees), my lower back, and just about any other parts that were living in pain. I was able to experience days of pain free bliss thanks to Roz. She also told me that I needed medium pressure, not hard pressure, and it made all the difference because there was no new trauma added to the parts of me that were healing! I can’t recommend this powerhouse of a woman enough!!! Go see her!!!"

  • “I came to Rosalyn for craniosacral therapy since I've still been struggling with symptoms from a TBI (traumatic brain injury) from years ago.
