Rosalyn Mastrangelo is a therapeutic massage therapist, certified energy healer, a certified herbalist, and empowerment coach. Rosalyn enjoys using her years of experience in bodywork, energy/spiritual healing, and empowerment coaching to help her clients reach their greatness.

When Rosalyn was nine years old, she was diagnosed with severe congenital hip dysplasia. Her case required several surgeries and years of care. That experience taught Rosalyn what it was like to be broken down and also how to rebuild. Rebuilding meant utilizing both conventional and holistic/alternative healthcare, offering her a perspective on balance and the importance of proactive planning, healthcare teams, and support. Through these experiences early on, Rosalyn learned to appreciate the value of health and function.

Through Rosalyn's journey, seeking to heal from trauma on the levels of mind, body, soul, and spirit, she found healing tools that have helped her and her family tremendously. Initially opening a massage therapy practice specializing in injury prevention and recovery, Rosalyn expanded to include energy healing, herbology, and empowerment coaching.

"The energy work I now offer has been instrumental in helping me heal from layers of trauma that left me broken hearted, disempowered, depressed, and stuck in my darkness. I had tried to find solutions through other methods, including 6-8 years of talk therapy. I would find myself locked in the same unhealthy patterns, unable to break free and adding layers of traumatic experiences. Don't get me wrong - talk therapy helped me unpack a lot, but I was stuck, unable to figure out how to make peace and lay things to rest. Unsure how to rise above my experiences and move forward, reclaiming parts of myself that had been lost or broken.

Through healing tools that helped me reclaim myself, my courage, and my heart - tools that empower individuals to know themselves, there are no words to express my joy in offering them now. I have brought more light into my life, peace, opportunities to forgive, and the ability to love (and feel love) again. My life (and my family's life, by extension) has transformed, and I will always be grateful.

Our society has lost many connections, communities, and villages. I want to help fix our broken systems and offer our children a solid foundation to grow. I believe change begins within. We must look at our "inner" world to create a better "outer" world. We must look within ourselves if we expect anything to change or improve. I have realized how difficult it is to fix any significant problem alone, which is why bringing our community back together is so important. The belief that we should go at things alone cripples us. There isn't a single one of us that can do everything well. Through this work, I hope to help support families and give our kids and community something different, something better."

The foundation of Rosalyn's care is supporting clients to find solutions through empowerment and education. Rosalyn lives in New Hampshire with her husband and three children. She enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, going to the beach, meditating, traveling, learning, and connecting with her family and friends. Rosalyn has always had a great passion and love for community and supporting children, holding onto the belief that "it takes a village." The Power to Heal was created to help bring the community together and create a space that will offer support for families to heal and create a better world.
